Residents of San Fulgencio are eligible for significant support in paying their bills.

That's why we offer subsidised tariffs. This is part of our work to improve the lives of the town’s citizens.

During 2025, the municipality of San Fulgencio has made a social fund with an amount of €4,000 available to vulnerable clients.

The subsidised tariffs offer a reduction in the fee.

  • Large family tariff

    All customers who hold a large family certificate may be eligible for the large family tariff.

    To apply for the large family tariff, you need to go to the operator company's office, at Pz. de la Constitución, 21 (by appointment) or send through Contact us, with the following documentation:

    • Current large family certificate
    • National identity card (DNI)
    • Certificate of municipal census registration (certificado de empadronamiento)
     

  • Subsidised tariffs for leaks

    In the event of an unnoticed leak occurring in the installations of a water account holder and as long as it can be shown that the leak is not due to deliberate action by the account holder or negligence in the installation, its use or maintenance, a subsidy can be applied to the current tariff.
